Marconi Collection Ref: 2029

A self-contained indicator with in-built acceleration sensor that operate its dial pointers directly. The dial shows aircraft acceleration in 'g' units in the range -4g to +10g. It also has pointers that record max and min acceleration which can be reset by pushing the button at the bottom-left of the bezel.

The back of the instrument.has a ΒΌ-turn locking-knob that can be used to protect the mechanism during transport.

Stamped in ink: "GAV(R) 132 PSD" ( This is a later Calibration mark where GAV (R) is GEC Avionics Rochester, and PSD is Powerplant Systems Division.
