The Micrometer is clearly well used and was used in Guidance and Display Division which was formed in 1992 as a brief merger of Airborne Display Division (ADD) and Guidance Systems Division (GSD). and is shown as being Calibrated in the restored Guidance Systems Division in 1994. There are no clues as to when the instrument was manufactured.
