It has some resemblance to the displays used on the systems developed by Maritime Aircraft Systems Division for Maritime Patrol aircraft or helicopters. It may have been a prototype for the Sea King LAPADS (Lightweight Acoustic Processing And Display System). The date will be between 1978 and 1983 since it is marked ‘Marconi Avionics’. It is possible that the display was made by the company research group FARL.
