This Electronics Unit was yet another for a technology demonstrator, in a system utilizing an integrated digital fly-by-wire control system and a Marconi HUD system. The PDU was again derived from the F-16A/B but the Electronics Unit was the more powerful one derived from that used on the F-16C/D.
