Litesold

Light Soldering Developments Ltd was located in Croydon and made a wide range of soldering items (irons, wave soldering machines etc). Light Soldering Developments Ltd was mentioned in 1963 in Flight International but the company is now listed as ‘Dissolved’. The name ‘Litesold’ is also mentioned  in ‘Flight’ in 1955 but not before. ‘Adamin’ soldering irons are noted in a book of 1968/69 as another design from the same company. 'Wireless World' was advertising the Litesold soldering iron in 1983  but a web search for the company suggests that it was dissolved around 2000.
