| Notes | This metal badge is rather like a US Sheriff’s badge and maybe that was intended. The lettering is silver on a dark blue background which is not the Company logo which had ‘Marconi’ in black and ‘Avionics’ in red with the letter ‘O’ shaped like a gunsight or weapon aiming marker (see related badge). The Badges which were typically given to visitors or given out at Company Open Days and Air Shows. This badge has lost its fastening pin. |
