Screen Module Cableform Board
3892/75058 [Tornado YT]
3892/83511 [Harrier GR5]
Method of Terminating Leads
1. Tucker eyelets soldered to vacant pins and branches tied to board.
2. Leads to be kept clear of hatched areas on motherboards.
3. Not more than 5 leads per branch on all motherboards.
This type of board is a common manufacturing aid for making cable assemblies with repeatable dimensions.
Pins, clips and connector mounts are used to locate modules and the cables that used to connected them. The resulting consistent dimensions ensure the cable assembly correctly fits equipment case or chassis it is destined for. This Cable assembly board was used with Display boards for Tornado and Harrier systems.
