This Helmet Mounted Sight was made in the late 1980’s for Lockheed (General Dynamics in those days) which basically linked a CRT to the back of a Cats Eyes™ or I-NIGHTs eyepiece. This was a monocular system. It was not a very good display and was not loved. It was built onto an ALPHA helmet shell - with the front chopped off (as per Falcon Eye).
The weight includes the 2.93m cable.
