AgustaWestland

This company was a fusion of the two long-standing helicopter manufacturers: Agusta (Italian) and Westland (British). Through multiple changes, currently it has been absorbed into the Italian helicopter manufacturer, Leonardo, and AgustaWestland no longer exists as a corporate entity.
